The figure below represents an updated version of the conceptual framework I have been building on the Dynamics of Organizational Knowledge.

Essentially, no significant changes. Only some elements were inserted in order to make concepts clearer.
In the next posts I intend to develop some ideas on the framework, I have been proposing.
